There is no scaffolding to hire, no road closures to coordinate and no working-at-height permits to manage. A typical facade or roof inspection is captured in a single visit and reported within a week.
We work with property owners, facilities teams, loss adjusters and structural engineers on commercial offices, residential blocks, listed and heritage buildings, churches, schools and industrial estates. Outputs are tailored to the audience: a concise condition report for an asset manager, a fully annotated defect schedule for a structural engineer, or raw 4K imagery and orthomosaics for a design team.
Where there is suspected damage following storms, fires or impacts, we can usually mobilise within 24–48 hours so insurance and remediation decisions can be taken without delay.
