Routine and emergency inspections of water mains, Elevator shafts, AHU trunking, maintenance tunnels and other confined infrastructure — surveyed safely from outside.

Maintenance teams across utilities, transport and facilities management use our surveys to extend asset life, plan interventions and evidence statutory inspections — without sending personnel into confined or hazardous spaces. The Elios 3 operates inside water mains, culverts, sewers, ventilation trunking, lift shafts, chimneys and maintenance tunnels, returning HD imagery and a dimensionally accurate point cloud of the asset interior.

Recent work includes potable water main inspections for utility operators, AHU and riser surveys for commercial facilities teams, and confined tunnel inspections supporting planned maintenance regimes. Surveys are typically scheduled around operational windows so the asset stays in service.

Reports are issued in a consistent format inspection-on-inspection, so condition trends can be tracked over time — supporting risk-based maintenance and capital planning decisions.
